Meet April Boyde
April Boyde is The Kitchen Strategist™, a financial educator and speaker who helps you stop eating your money and redirect it toward savings, debt payoff, and finally getting ahead.
After realizing how much money was quietly disappearing through food, April created the Stop Eating Your Money™ Method. Her work focuses on using the kitchen as a financial tool. She puts simple systems in place for grocery planning, using what is already in the kitchen, and making more conscious decisions about how money is spent at the store. She shows how small food choices we make every day quietly add up and impact our money over time.
With a Master of Education and over 20 years of IT experience, April brings a systems-first lens to food spending. She focuses on structure over restriction and strategy over guilt, helping busy, career-driven households take control of the one financial decision they make three times a day: food.
She leads seminars and workshops and partners with organizations to teach how kitchen systems support stronger financial foundations.

The Method
The Stop Eating Your Money™ Method reframes the kitchen as a financial tool. Simple systems reduce food waste, stabilize grocery spending, and eliminate the daily guesswork around meals. When the kitchen works with your finances instead of against them, savings become easier to build.
