About the book

You work hard for your money, but food has a way of quietly taking more of it than you realize.

Stop Eating Your Money™: Eat Well, Waste Less, and Have More Money for the Life You Want is not a traditional money book. It’s a practical, hands-on guide that walks you through the Stop Eating Your Money process step by step.

Each chapter focuses on one part of the method and gives you more than just information. You’ll work through questions, examples, and simple templates that help you look at how you shop, plan meals, use the food you already have, and decide what you actually need before spending more.

The goal isn’t to stop eating out, live on cheap food, or deprive yourself. It’s to change the habits around food spending that lead to waste, unnecessary purchases, and money disappearing without a plan.

By the end, you’ll have a repeatable way to eat well, waste less, and redirect more of your money toward debt payoff, vacations, savings, unexpected expenses, and the life you actually want to live.

This isn’t a book you just read. It’s a guide you use.
